Heavy weights hang from my feet
While fatigue weighs my eyes
My mouth tastes like pills darling
My hearts forever petrified
While you say it's really not my fault
It's you who needs change
But you're the one ending this
Don't you think that's a bit strange
But now I'm just a couple words
In the back of your book
But I wrote you a novel love
About the life that you took
I wrote it before six white pills
Went quickly to my head
We've split our hearts, once one
Mine lays silenced in my bed
Heavy weights hang from my feet
While fatigue weighs my eyes
My mouth tastes like pills darling
My hearts forever petrified
While you say it's really not my fault
It's you who needs change
But you're the one ending this
Don't you think that's a bit strange
But now I'm just a couple words
In the back of your book
But I wrote you a novel love
About the life that you took
I wrote it before six white pills
Went quickly to my head
We've split our hearts, once one
Mine lays silenced in my bed
